The Capital Grille is currently seeking a Cold Station Cook to join its team. This role is vital in ensuring the preparation, assembly, and presentation of all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and a variety of hot and cold desserts offered at the restaurant. The Cold Station Cook is also responsible for the preparation of all food items offered, maintaining the organization and stocking of the alley and line with necessary supplies to fulfill orders accurately and on time. This position demands adherence to stringent food safety and sanitation standards to guarantee the safety of both guests and staff.
