The Bar Stock Associate role at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel plays a critical part in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by managing and restocking the bar’s inventory. This position primarily involves organizing and replenishing stock for drinks, garnishes, and glassware, as well as maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the bar area. The associate also assists with record-keeping for inventory and supports bartenders and bar management by preparing the bar environment for service. Occasionally, associates may assist with guest service tasks as needed under the guidance of bartenders or bar managers. This role requires an individual who is dependable, attentive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The Bar Stock Associate must comply with state regulations, including obtaining an Alcohol Awareness Certification, and display excellent communication skills in English. The ability to manage difficult customer situations with professionalism and timely resolution is essential. The position demands reliability, punctuality, and flexibility, including the possibility of working outside regular hours based on business needs.
