We are currently seeking a motivated Room Attendant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in ensuring that our guest rooms, corridors, and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 to $19, accompanied by a $1,000 signing bonus available to those who maintain full-time hours and good standing over specific periods. This role demands a proactive individual dedicated to maintaining a pristine hotel environment, where every detail counts in creating an inviting and restful guest experience.
As a Room Attendant at The EDDY Taproom & Hotel, you will be empowered to work independently and as part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional cleaning services. Responsibilities include thorough cleaning, replenishment, and organization of guest rooms, hallways, storage areas, and public spaces. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential traits for success in this role. Additionally, Room Attendants are expected to take initiative in resolving service-related issues promptly and contribute to a positive, welcoming environment that guests will appreciate.
The role requires excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with housekeeping supervisors, front desk staff, and team members. It involves reporting the status of rooms accurately to ensure seamless guest check-ins and check-outs. The position is physically demanding, requiring stamina and the ability to perform various tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. The physical requirements also necessitate the use of cleaning agents and equipment safely and in accordance with established procedures.
Ideal candidates are those who are flexible, available to work varying shifts including holidays and weekends, and have a passion for customer service.
