We are currently seeking an exceptional Events Manager to champion the promotion and expansion of Padlet's presence within the education sector through live and virtual events. This full-time, in-person role based in San Francisco offers a salary range of $90,000 to $140,000, reflecting the importance of this position within our organization. The Events Manager will be instrumental in spreading the "gospel" of Padlet to educators and stakeholders by expertly managing over twenty annual in-person conferences. Responsibilities include meticulous coordination of all logistical elements such as travel arrangements, accommodations, and registration processes for attendees to ensure smooth and successful events. The role also demands oversight of vendor relations, technological setups like internet provision, booth materials, furniture rentals, swag distribution, and printed collateral preparation. Onsite management is a critical aspect, requiring the Events Manager to supervise booth setup and teardown activities with assistance from local staff or hired personnel.
This position involves a strategic component where the Events Manager organizes supplementary events including school visits, product demonstrations, customer meetups, and executive briefings, enhancing engagement and outreach efforts.
