The Culinary Services Aide plays a vital role within this supportive community by engaging directly with residents during meal times, ensuring a personalized and pleasant dining experience that reflects each individual’s preferences and dietary needs. This role is an essential part of the facility’s overall approach to resident care, enhancing the quality of life for seniors with a warm and welcoming atmosphere in dining areas. The Culinary Services Aide is responsible for maintaining strict adherence to food safety and dietary guidelines, ensuring that every meal served meets the health requirements of residents. In addition to serving meals, the aide operates, cleans, and sanitizes kitchen and cafeteria equipment, contributing to a safe and hygienic dining environment. Regular participation in culinary training programs is also expected to maintain high standards of food service and safety. This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $16.83 to $19.35, reflecting the importance of this role within the daily operations of Benedictine.
