The Housekeeper/Room Attendant is responsible for executing routine cleaning and servicing duties beyond expectations, strictly following the standards set by the Executive Housekeeper. This is a pivotal role that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong work ethic. Housekeepers are expected to thoroughly clean guest rooms according to hotel standards, which includes making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing amenities, and ensuring the room is secure and presentable upon completion. Additional responsibilities include handling lost and found items responsibly and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of supply carts. The role demands physical stamina and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Successful candidates will undergo brand-specific training, comply with health and safety regulations, and adhere to all property and brand standards. • High school graduate or equivalent
• minimum six months of related hospitality or janitorial experience preferred
