As the Executive Chef at Wind Crest, you will bring your passion and culinary expertise to lead a team of award-winning chefs and dining management professionals. This role requires a strong background in hospitality and a proven record of culinary success that drives innovation in menu development. You will spearhead the Signature Menu Dining Programs that emphasize from-scratch cooking and culinary creativity. The Executive Chef plays a critical role in ensuring that every dining experience exceeds expectations through high-quality food preparation, presentation, and adherence to strict safety and sanitation standards. Collaboration with the General Manager and other team members is essential to address any food production or presentation issues swiftly and effectively. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus, reflecting the importance of this leadership role in the dining experience at Wind Crest. - Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience
- Fine dining experience a plus
- Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and food presentation
- Good knowledge of PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Compliance with state-specific regulations and requirements
