The Operations Generalist role at Petco is a part-time, on-site position located at the Pet Care Center in Lake Stevens, WA. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless execution of merchandising and inventory strategies within the store. The Operations Generalist is responsible for maintaining the store's inventory, stocking shelves, managing register transactions, cleaning, and providing an exceptional guest experience. The position pays an hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $22.00, with a starting rate of $16.66, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and employee discounts. • Minimum high school diploma or its equivalency i.e. GED
