InnVentures is currently seeking an experienced Group Sales Manager to join the team at Embassy Suites Bellevue, WA. The role is a key position within the hotel's sales department, responsible for driving revenue through effective solicitation and management of group accounts. The Group Sales Manager will focus on developing new business, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring the hotel meets or exceeds its sales goals. This full-time position demands a proactive and results-oriented professional capable of handling multiple responsibilities such as operating within a sales budget, conducting client site inspections, and leveraging computerized sales management systems. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in networking opportunities, community engagement, and professional associations to expand the hotel's market presence. They will play a vital role in maximizing occupancy and Average Daily Rate (ADR) through strategic sales initiatives and personalized client service. In this role, the Group Sales Manager will also assist in preparing reports, implementing promotions, and sustaining high standards of guest and employee interaction. - High school diploma or equivalent
