The position of Guest Services Attendant at Azul Hospitality plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for guests from the moment they arrive until their departure. This is a full-time position centered around greeting, assisting, and escorting guests as they access the hotel's facilities. The Guest Services Attendant is responsible for managing luggage assistance, providing guests with information about hotel amenities, supporting transportation needs including calling taxis, and maintaining operational paperwork. This role often involves engaging with guests directly, requiring excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Additional responsibilities include supervising group baggage transfers, promoting hotel outlets subtly, and ensuring that the arrival and departure areas remain clean and presentable. The role is physically demanding, requiring the candidate to have the ability to lift heavy items, operate vehicles safely in compliance with traffic laws, and maintain stamina by standing and moving for extended periods. Candidates must be detail-oriented with strong communication skills, able to work both independently and as part of a team. In addition to frontline guest service duties, the position requires adherence to company policies regarding safety and operational procedures, including reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.   • Must be at least 21 years old to operate own vehicle or company vehicles for other than shuttle
  • Must be at least 25 years old to operate a shuttle or drive guests
  • Minimum of 3 years full-time verifiable similar type vehicle driving experience
  • No positive drug or alcohol test including pre-employment, random, post-accident or reasonable suspicion
  • No more than 2 moving traffic violations during the previous 36 months
  • No speeding excess over 25 MPH over the speed limit violation during the previous 36 months
  • No driving under the influence, DUI conviction during the previous 5 years in a commercial or personal auto vehicle
  • No vehicular homicide, manslaughter or assault
  • No operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked drivers license or history of license suspensions
  • No using a vehicle in commission of a felony
  • No operating a vehicle without the owners permission
  • No reckless driving or speed contests
  • No leaving the scene of an accident bodily injury or physical damage
  • No eluding a police officer
  • No operating a cell phone while driving violations
  • Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
  • Regular attendance is essential
  • Must fully comply with company rules and regulations for safe and effective operation of hotel facilities
