Responsibilities also include cash management, inventory control, scheduling, kitchen and bar sanitation, and maintaining technical equipment to provide impeccable sight and sound quality. In this role, the manager will be tasked with monitoring risk management to protect employee and guest safety, enforce Health Department regulations, and promptly address accidents or business interruptions. They will manage operational profits by controlling labor costs and supplies, conducting regular inventory audits, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Furthermore, the manager serves as the primary point of contact for guest relations and promotional activities, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty. The position requires proficiency with projection and sound technology, a thorough understanding of all booth systems, and the ability to perform minor facility repairs or coordinate larger maintenance projects.   • two years management or supervisory experience
  • completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
  • food handler card where applicable
  • ServSafe Food Manager Certification
  • SDS trained
  • ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting up to 60 lbs, and climbing or balancing occasionally
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • must comply with dress code and personal hygiene standards
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
