The Bell Training Academy Pilot (BTA Pilot) role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team focused on delivering premium training and support for a diverse global clientele. The position is full-time, based in Fort Worth, Texas, and reports within flight operations. The work schedule primarily follows a first shift during regular business hours but requires flexibility to accommodate shift changes and travel demands. As a BTA Pilot, you will be responsible for instructing customers on Bell aircraft systems, planning considerations, and in-flight operations using various teaching methodologies such as classroom sessions, advanced training devices, flight simulators, and actual aircraft training across multiple Bell helicopter models. This role not only requires a high level of aviation expertise and instructional skill but also offers the chance to participate in global out-of-base travel to provide academic and flight training worldwide. You will be an integral part of the Bell Training Academy team, collaborating closely with diverse internal departments and external customers to support critical operations including return-to-service flights, sales-marketing flights, and ferry flights domestically and internationally. The position demands strict adherence to flight safety protocols, regulatory requirements including compliance with relevant aviation authority standards, and active coordination with maintenance teams to ensure the airworthiness of training aircraft. As part of the role, you will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of flight and ground training courseware and provide expert counsel during sales and marketing activities.   • At least 5 years of helicopter aviation experience
  • Commercial rotorcraft license
