As a bartender, you will be the face of our bar, responsible for crafting a variety of drinks including cutting-edge draft selections and artisanal cocktails. Your expertise in beverages and your friendly demeanor will help guide guests through our menu and beverage offerings, enhancing their overall visit. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in multitasking, and maintains a professional and cheerful attitude even during the busiest shifts. You will manage all bar-related operations, including knowing our product inside and out, executing side work to keep the bar running smoothly, and playing a vital role in the financial success of the bar. In addition to preparing drinks for guests and servers, the Bartender ensures that all actions comply with local and national alcoholic beverage laws and safety standards. This includes monitoring guests for signs of intoxication to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene are critical, as is the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff. • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Three years plus experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant
• Knowledgeable and understanding of all local national alcoholic beverage laws policies and regulations
• Must be able to speak read write and understand the primary language or languages used in the workplace and possess basic math skills be fiscally responsible and operate a point-of-sale system
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced loud environment and in a standing position for extended periods of time
• Attention to detail well organized and a desire to serve guests and enjoy working as part of a team
• Must be able to safely lift and easily maneuver objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work nights holidays and or weekends
