As a Bartender Tipped at Sodexo, you will join a vibrant team in a part-time capacity at their location within M&T Bank Corp UPA in Buffalo. Working flexible, varying shifts, including days and hours with open availability preferred, this position offers a competitive hourly pay range between $15.50 to $20.00. The role involves direct interaction with patrons, crafting both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and creatively. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitary conditions at the bar area, handling money transactions using cash and electronic payment systems, and timely attendance for scheduled shifts are integral parts of the job. Candidates suitable for this position are expected to possess a team-oriented mindset and adaptability to different working environments. While prior experience as a bartender is welcomed, even those with zero to one year of related experience can excel in this role. Having the necessary license or permit to bartend, as required by city and state law, is essential.
