The hotel is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join its Culinary Department, a pivotal role responsible for preparing and maintaining hot food items to the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires full flexibility, including working AM, MID, and PM shifts, with hours potentially starting as early as 5AM and concluding as late as 11:30PM, including weekends and holidays. The Line Cook will contribute directly to the hotel’s ongoing efforts to deliver outstanding service and ensure financial profitability through exceptional culinary experiences. In this role, the Line Cook is responsible for preparing an array of hot food items such as meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, and seasonings in accordance with established recipes and quality standards. They are expected to prepare guest orders efficiently and in a friendly manner while maintaining stringent cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all times. The Line Cook will visually inspect all food leaving the kitchen to ensure plates are clean, appetizing, and meet the hotel's quality benchmarks.
