As an Outlet Bartender, you will be responsible for mastering brand-specific drink recipes, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, handling payment transactions via the MICROS system, and collaborating closely with the culinary team to meet guests' dietary needs and special requests. Additionally, the role requires vigilance in enforcing liquor laws, supporting the Omni Safe and Clean COVID-19 protocols, and delivering an exceptional hospitality experience that reflects the Omni brand values.
This full-time position offers a starting wage of $15.54 per hour, with potential adjustments based on experience. - Must be at a minimum of 18 years old
- two years bartending experience
- previous bartending and guest service experience required, upscale hotel or resort experience strongly preferred
- must have and maintain current TIPS, ServSafe or equivalent alcohol training
- MICROS experience preferred
- must be able to communicate effectively
- must consistently demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, be teamwork-oriented, and exhibit a positive attitude
- must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- must agree and adhere to compensation acknowledgment and tip reporting guidelines
- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods or entire shifts
- must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
