Bar Manager - Full-time

This leadership position also acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager, overseeing the entire restaurant operation to uphold quality and safety. • Minimum 6 months restaurant management experience
• Minimum 2 years bar experience
• Prior purchasing and production experience
• Ability to walk and stand up to 10 hours per shift
• Ability to bend and stoop frequently
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Must read and write English
• Must hear well in noisy environments
