The Corporate Accounting Manager role at Highgate Corporate Offices in Irving, TX, is a full-time position reporting to the Corporate Controller. The incumbent is responsible for preparing financial information for assigned entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance under the supervision of the Corporate Controller. This role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including managing accounts payable, supporting monthly profit and loss reviews across multiple domestic and international entities, and assisting in the consolidation of financial statements. The Corporate Accounting Manager will lead projects aimed at driving efficiencies within the corporate accounting function and oversee staff accountants and accounts payable associates, including an outsourced team in India. Additional duties include preparing prepaid amortization schedules, assisting with internal and external audits, managing cash flow forecasts, and handling insurance and rent administration tasks. This role demands strong organizational and analytical skills, a thorough understanding of U.S. GAAP financial accounting and reporting standards, and proficiency with financial systems such as Oracle and Excel. • Bachelors degree in accounting
