Additionally, the Bar Tender is accountable for collecting payments, managing tabs, chits, or cash accurately, and maintaining responsibility for cash and inventory during the shift. The position also requires the ability to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and effectively manage such situations by resolving issues or seeking assistance when necessary.
