                - Broad knowledge of cocktail preparation and awareness of beverage trends
 - At least two years bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
 - Food handler certification required
 - Must be able to obtain a TWIC and MMC
 - Experience with a Point of Service (POS) system
 - Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
 - Ability to bend, rotate and reach frequently
 - Ability to ascend and descend stairs or ladders safely
 - Ability to maneuver in small and/or confined areas aboard vessel
 - Ability to maintain static and dynamic standing balance
 - Capable of performing emergency duties on vessel's station bill
