• Broad knowledge of cocktail preparation and awareness of beverage trends
• At least two years bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
• Food handler certification required
• Must be able to obtain a TWIC and MMC
• Experience with a Point of Service (POS) system
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to bend, rotate and reach frequently
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs or ladders safely
• Ability to maneuver in small and/or confined areas aboard vessel
• Ability to maintain static and dynamic standing balance
• Capable of performing emergency duties on vessel's station bill
