The Rack Beauty Concierge plays a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by sharing product knowledge, assisting customers in finding great deals, and ensuring the sales floor is appealing and well-maintained. This position is hourly, with a pay range typically between $19.50 and $20.30 per hour depending on location, knowledge, and experience, with potential eligibility for performance-based incentives or bonuses. As a Rack Beauty Concierge, you'll start your day engaging customers by sharing your expertise and excitement about the latest beauty trends and products. The focus is on making the shopping process simple, enjoyable, and efficient, all while helping customers uncover the best deals available. Beyond customer interaction, you will maintain the visual and operational standards of the sales floor. This involves keeping the space clean, organized, and inviting, completing inventory processes diligently, and ensuring all merchandise is correctly checked in and accurately ticketed. Handling challenging customer situations with calmness and professionalism is essential. You'll work alongside your team to keep the sales floor stocked by re-merchandising regularly, replenishing testers, and straightening displays throughout your shift. The role demands physical stamina and dexterity; you will frequently engage in activities such as bending, twisting, squatting, and lifting items, sometimes up to 25 pounds. This active, hands-on role requires not only interpersonal skills but also an ability to multitask effectively and perform under pressure. • Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers
