This position requires someone who can attentively listen and respond to guest preferences, make knowledgeable recommendations, and prepare cocktails and beverages that complement our diverse menu. You will be responsible for informing guests about our newest offerings and specials, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our beverage selections and menu items to enhance guests' dining experiences through upselling and personalized suggestions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beverage service and hospitality, a solid grasp of beverage preparation techniques, and the ability to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations concerning alcohol service. Responsibilities also include managing inventory to ensure the bar is consistently well-stocked, handling cash and electronic transactions with accuracy, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
