We are currently hiring a Lounge Bartender who will play a crucial role in enhancing guest satisfaction by delivering superior beverage service in a lounge setting. This full-time position offers a competitive wage of $12.00 per hour along with the opportunity to work within a dynamic hospitality team committed to excellence. The Lounge Bartender will be responsible for setting up and breaking down the bar, mixing cocktails according to established beverage standards, handling guest and server drink orders with professionalism, and ensuring compliance with company policies regarding check handling, especially credit card usage. This role requires attention to detail to maintain proper inventory rotation of soda and juices, restock beer from bottles and kegs, and keep the workspace clean and organized, including glassware and ice stations. The bartender will also perform daily opening and closing duties as outlined in a checklist to ensure the bar's smooth operation. The position demands a strong customer service orientation, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and inviting environment for guests.
