The Sous Chef position at Brentwood Academy, located in Brentwood, Tennessee, represents an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant culinary team dedicated to serving a dynamic K-12 school community. This salaried role, offering a competitive compensation range of $55,000 to $65,000 annually, reports directly to the Executive Chef. The Sous Chef plays a vital leadership role in every aspect of the kitchen's daily operations including food production, menu creation, inventory oversight, and team supervision.
