The role offered is a part-time Front Desk Receptionist position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support at the front desk. The schedule includes Friday evenings from 4pm to 8pm and rotating weekend shifts from 8am to 4pm. The position offers an hourly wage of $17.00. The Front Desk Receptionist acts as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and family members, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. Primary duties include greeting and directing visitors in a friendly and helpful manner, answering and directing phone calls, responding to inquiries from residents and families, and managing emergency situations appropriately. This role is vital in maintaining the safety and smooth operation of the building by monitoring the cleanliness and orderliness of the front lobby and entrance area. The ideal candidate must excel in communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently. Prior experience in office environments, customer service, or phone handling will be advantageous, alongside comfort using technology effectively.
