An experienced mixologist, the ideal candidate will possess advanced bartending techniques and a thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine varietals, beer, and liquor brands. Responsibilities also include managing inventory, adhering to legal regulations, especially those pertaining to alcohol service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Beyond technical skills, the Senior Prime Bartender acts as a role model and trainer for other beverage servers seeking to advance their careers, contributing to a supportive and knowledgeable team environment. This position requires vigilance in assessing guest intoxication levels to ensure responsible service, alongside monitoring and addressing any conditions that might affect the guest experience negatively. • Must be 21 years old or older
• High school diploma or education equivalent required
• 2 years' experience bartending in a high-volume front bar, service bar, and/or fine dining environment or nightclub setting
• Must be a knowledgeable mixologist
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have advanced bartending techniques and knowledge of bartending recipes and mixology
• Experience with elevated garnish, ice and glassware programs preferred
• Advanced knowledge of wine varietals and popular producers along with advanced knowledge of beer and liquor brands
• Must have previous experience and be comfortable with jigger usage
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management
• Ability to wear and appear to be comfortable in the assigned uniform provided by Sky River without restrictions
• Food handler certification required
• SERV Safe certification required
• Gaming license required
