This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of beverage service at both the Truss Restaurant + Bar and the fine dining experience at Auro. As a Bartender, you will bring passion, creativity, and expertise in wine, spirits, and mixed drinks to offer compelling recommendations and create memorable experiences for our guests. The role demands professionalism, efficiency, and a strong sense of urgency to meet guest needs in an environment known for its demanding and elegant service standards. Bartenders at Four Seasons are entrusted with preparing and serving a wide range of drinks, ensuring quality and consistency while delivering personalized service that highlights our resort’s luxurious atmosphere. This position requires deep knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, along with outstanding interpersonal skills to engage guests and anticipate their preferences. • High school education or equivalent experiences
• Minimum two years bartending or related work
• Must have Food Handlers Permit and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Permit
• Must be flexible with schedule - able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening/overnight shifts
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
