Key responsibilities involve influencing and inspiring a diverse workforce, conducting hiring and training initiatives, performing staff evaluations, managing payroll budgets, presiding over facility cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with risk management and loss prevention protocols. Flexibility is essential in this role, as it requires openness to location reassignments and variable work schedules based on business needs.
