We are currently seeking Bartenders to join our dedicated team at Saranello's. This role involves crafting and serving beverages following established recipes and providing exceptional service in the bar area, sometimes assisting with other related roles such as busser, food runner, and barista duties. Effective bartenders at Saranello's are not only adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously but also embody a friendly, attentive demeanor to enhance the customer experience. Flexibility is crucial as the schedule includes various shifts, days, and weekends. The position requires physical stamina, including standing for an entire shift, moving safely throughout the restaurant space, which may involve stairs or uneven surfaces, and handling weights up to 50 pounds. Bartenders must be skilled in preparing and serving drinks, maintaining bar inventory and cleanliness, safely handling equipment, recognizing and responsibly managing intoxicated guests, and communicating effectively with guests and team members alike. • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
