The Bartender role at XRG is a pivotal position responsible for the essential task of delivering unparalleled guest service within a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment. The primary focus is on welcoming guests warmly, taking and accurately entering beverage and food orders through a POS system, and ensuring prompt delivery to the satisfaction of guests. The bartender must possess in-depth knowledge of beer, spirits, and drink recipes while maintaining rigorous adherence to all state and federal liquor laws and safety protocols. This role requires strong guest relations skills, the ability to handle a bustling environment with grace, and the capability to recognize regular guests to foster repeat business. The successful candidate must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a minimum of two years’ experience in a related bartending role. They must also demonstrate proficiency in using POS systems and exhibit exceptional communication skills in English. Physical stamina is necessary as the job involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
