Joining the Patina Group as a Bartender at the Diamond Room in San Diego, California offers an exciting opportunity to be part of an award-winning restaurant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position is available on both a full-time and part-time basis, with a base pay rate of $17.25 per hour, exclusive of tips. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and artistry, while engaging guests with personalized service that enhances their dining experience. Your role will be essential in maintaining the luxurious atmosphere of the Diamond Room, and you will be expected to demonstrate advanced knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail-making techniques. The position requires skillful handling of a point-of-sale system, maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar, and ensuring compliance with local and state alcohol service laws.

                - Must be at least 21 years of age
 - Minimum of two years of bartending experience in a fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale cocktail bar environment
 - Advanced knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wine, and cocktail construction
 - Excellent communication and people skills
 - Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
 - Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system
 - Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach constantly and perform repetitive motions
 - Ability to occasionally lift stock up to 35 pounds
 - Tolerance for moderate to high environmental noise levels during busy times
