In this role, you will be a vital part of the guest experience in Merlin’s themed cafes, serving food and drinks to families and visitors in a friendly, clean, and welcoming environment. The position requires delivering the highest standards of guest service, product knowledge, and maintaining a safe and fun atmosphere. You will be instrumental in connecting with guests to ensure they have a joyful and memorable visit. The role offers a competitive pay rate of $16.20 per hour and requires flexibility in working hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
