The Barista / Expo position at Din Tai Fung’s Glendale, California location is a crucial back-of-house role responsible for supporting the culinary team in providing high-quality service and maintaining operational efficiency. This position involves making all drinks at the Boba station, plating appetizers at the Side Station, and packing takeout orders at the Packing station, all adhering to Din Tai Fung's established recipes and standard operating procedures. Additionally, the Barista / Expo ensures that all three stations are clean, well-maintained, and stocked adequately by conducting regular inventory checks and restocking supplies as necessary. This role requires a fast-paced, team-oriented mindset combined with a positive and professional attitude to thrive in the dynamic restaurant environment.
