Your role extends beyond individual stores, as you will support the cluster structure of our cafés, working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple locations to ensure a consistent and excellent experience for all patrons. This position requires a genuine passion for the craft of coffee-making and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. You will engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide friendly, informed recommendations. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous barista or customer service experience
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
