Currently, the Lawton Family of Restaurants is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team at Jingu House located in the beautiful Japanese Tea Garden. The available roles include baristas, barbacks, and servers who will contribute to providing an exceptional guest experience. These positions are full-time and part-time with competitive pay ranging from $18 to $23+ per hour, inclusive of tips. The role involves a variety of duties centered on guest service and operational support. Baristas and barbacks will be responsible for preparing a wide range of beverages, supporting the bar area, and maintaining cleanliness including bathrooms. Servers will attend to guests in the dining area by greeting them warmly, taking and delivering orders, and ensuring an overall pleasant dining experience. Additionally, team members will assist in running the cash register for the grab-and-go section, handling transactions efficiently and accurately. Ideal applicants will have customer service experience, preferably in food service, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
