Compensation for this role includes a base pay of $13.00 per hour plus additional tips, which come from the Level Up app, credit card transactions, and cash tips, generally averaging an extra $2.00 to $3.00 per hour. This brings the total hourly earnings to approximately $15.00 to $16.00.
