The Coffee Shop Associate acts as an ambassador of SpartanNash’s commitment to service excellence by interacting politely and effectively with customers, promoting loyalty programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and cash handling procedures. This position demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Associates must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and stand or walk for extended periods.
