This part-time position offers a competitive pay range of $16.50 to $18.50 per hour, with work schedules that include mornings and afternoon/evenings on varying days. In this role, you will act as both an artist and a champion of fair-trade principles, crafting beverages like coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks with care and precision. Beyond beverage preparation, the role requires you to operate cash registers accurately, handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments while maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace. Your role is vital not only in making delicious drinks but also in creating a welcoming atmosphere that helps customers smile and feel valued.
