This position is hourly and nonexempt, with a base pay of $10.00 per hour plus the potential to earn up to an additional $7.00 per hour in tips, reflecting both your skill and dedication. As the frontline ambassador of Black Rock Coffee Bar, you are expected to create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for every customer, ensuring that every coffee experience is memorable. In this fast-paced, dynamic role, you will handle everything from welcoming customers warmly to preparing intricate espresso drinks, managing third-party orders, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and handling transactional duties with precision. Beyond making coffee, you will contribute to marketing efforts by promoting new coffee offerings and seasonal specials, thereby enhancing brand awareness within the community. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
• Strong mental math skills
• Ability to maintain clear vision and oral communication
• Must pass background check
