This position is available both full-time and part-time, with flexible shifts and a competitive pay range from $25.05 to $26.55 per hour. The nature of the work involves operating within a fast-paced, customer-focused setting where open availability is preferred to meet varying shifts and workload demands. As a Barista, you will be viewed as both an artist and advocate supporting fair-trade and responsible sourcing practices. Your daily responsibilities go beyond crafting expertly prepared hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café lattes, teas, chai, and an array of fruit blend drinks. You will contribute to the overall guest experience by greeting customers warmly, taking accurate orders, and processing payments efficiently through cash registers. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all service and preparation areas will be a fundamental part of your duties to ensure safety and quality standards are consistently upheld.
