This position also requires familiarity with irrigation systems, pool and spa maintenance, and seasonal landscaping, including planting and pruning. Safety is a key focus for this role; the individual must promote awareness to minimize property loss, damage, or injury. They must know emergency procedures including the operation of water, gas shutoff valves, and access points to critical facilities. The Porter/Gatekeeper also assists with snow removal and pressure washing of various outdoor surfaces during seasonal needs.
