The role of a Coffee Barista at Heine Brothers Coffee is central to the brand's promise and ongoing success. Baristas are not only responsible for crafting high-quality beverages but also for creating service experiences that leave guests feeling valued and eager to return. Baristas must maintain a positive attitude, respect their co-workers by demonstrating reliability, and offer consistent best efforts daily. They are expected to excel in providing accurate orders, promptly resolving guest concerns, adhering strictly to recipes, and ensuring every product served meets the company’s standards. Freshness, cleanliness, and sanitation are key responsibilities, as is meticulous care in receiving and storing shipments in compliance with food safety guidelines. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform a variety of tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and engaging dynamically with guests and team members. • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a coffee shop or customer service environment preferred
