This hotel features 338 guestrooms, including 14 suites, equipped with contemporary amenities designed to enhance guest experiences. We are currently seeking full-time Baristas to join our team at The Westin Arlington Gateway. This role involves preparing high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages customized to customer preferences, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests and associates. Baristas will operate cash registers, handle credit card transactions, and ensure compliance with all brand and safety standards. This position requires physical stamina, including occasional lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for the entire shift. Excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a friendly attitude are essential for success. Our Baristas act as brand ambassadors, consistently delivering warm, attentive, and courteous service, supporting team training, and contributing to a clean and organized workspace. Maintaining high grooming standards and adhering to corporate attendance policies are also critical to this role.
