The position compensates employees with a competitive hourly wage between 20.76 and 21.33 dollars per hour, complemented by tips. Working shifts include day and morning hours, with availability on weekends considered an asset. Baristas must be able to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks such as lifting items up to 30 pounds.
