The Server position at Life Time plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to members dining at the LifeCafe and Bistro. This role involves taking and delivering accurate food and drink orders promptly while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Servers at Life Time must be knowledgeable about the menu offerings and capable of answering questions or providing friendly recommendations to enhance the customer experience. The successful candidate will be collaborative, attentive, and motivated to contribute to the vibrant hospitality atmosphere. • 1+ year of experience working in a restaurant with a fast casual or full service experience
• ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
