The Concierge role at Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast represents an exciting opportunity to join a community that has been certified a Great Place to Work for seven consecutive years. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact and an ambassador for the community, greeting visitors with professionalism and courtesy while managing phone communication and administrative tasks with efficiency and a positive attitude.
As a Concierge, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including answering and screening telephone calls, managing visitor sign-ins, and notifying residents of visitors. Your role extends to handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining office inventory, and assisting management with clerical tasks. You will also oversee the organization of transportation sign-ups and special function RSVPs, making this role pivotal in the daily flow and resident engagement within the community. The Concierge ensures a safe and organized environment by maintaining emergency contact information and adhering to safety protocols.
This role requires a high level of interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail. It is ideal for someone who takes initiative, exercises good judgment, and enjoys working in a community-focused environment. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is necessary to meet the dynamic needs of the residents and the community's event calendar.
