These positions are available on a full-time or part-time basis, with pay ranging between $15 and $17 per hour. In addition to beverage preparation, Baristas handle cash transactions, operate registers, and ensure cleanliness and organization in all work areas. While no prior experience is necessary, having experience or certification such as Starbucks Barista certification may be advantageous depending on location.
