The Starbucks Barista position at Edward Hospital in Naperville is a part-time role requiring 20 hours per week, with varying shifts typically scheduled between early morning and mid-afternoon on weekdays as well as rotating weekends. Hourly pay ranges from $17.86 to $25.00, depending on the candidate's experience and other factors. As a Starbucks Barista, you will be instrumental in creating a memorable Starbucks experience for customers by delivering legendary customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons. Your role will include handling point of sale operations, serving customers with prompt assistance, preparing food items, and supporting overall food service duties. • high school diploma or GED or in progress of obtaining
• successful completion of a food handler training certificate program (ANSI Accredited) within 30 days of start date
• ability to work part-time 20 hours per week
• availability for various shifts including Monday to Friday and rotating weekends
• preferred 1 year of coffee shop experience
• ability to operate POS system
• excellent customer service skills
