The Barista role at Brasserie Margot is an integral part of the guest experience, responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages with meticulous attention to detail and presentation. The Barista also manages the daily to-go buffet setup, ensuring it remains visually appealing and fully stocked, and provides knowledgeable recommendations of pastries prepared by the Executive Pastry Chef.
