The role within PENN Entertainment centers on providing superb customer service to guests and supporting beverage operations in a casino setting. This position requires delivering fast, friendly, and professional service while maintaining high standards of guest interaction and service quality. Candidates joining PENN Entertainment in this role will serve as goodwill ambassadors, promoting casino events, assisting in maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization at bars, and ensuring compliance with safety and service guidelines. They will work closely with beverage servers, bartenders, supervisors, and other team members to create a welcoming and engaging environment for guests. Responsibilities include stock management, responding to guest needs, upholding health and safety standards, and efficiently managing the fast-paced and often noisy casino environment. This position requires physical mobility and the ability to work in confined spaces, tolerate second-hand smoke, and handle various physical activities such as lifting, bending, and moving supplies. Successful candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and complete Serv Safe training certification, making this role both challenging and rewarding for those passionate about hospitality and customer service in a dynamic entertainment industry.

 - High school diploma or equivalent
 - Previous bar experience preferred
 - Must successfully complete Serv Safe training certification course
 - Read, write legibly, understand and speak English
 - Excellent customer service and communication skills
 - Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
 - Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
 - Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
 - Able to work in constricting areas
 - Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights
 - Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded and noisy environment
 - Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs, and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
